Avi was born and grew up North Manchester and has detailed knowledge of the local property market. This has been augmented by having worked in property management for over 20 years covering Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. In that time Avi has built up a wealth of experience in all areas of residential lettings, management and sales. 

 

Avi sees property management as building relationships, whether with landlords, tenants or contractors. It often involves finding a resolution that will satisfy all parties from a seemingly demanding tenant or a thrifty landlord and all personalities in between! By building these relationships he has managed to get the rare combination of very loyal clients and long term tenants who are happy to continue renting from us for years often recommending us to people they know. 

 

The property sales side of the business gives the satisfaction of seeing people buy their dream home as well as the challenge of negotiating between the vendor and buyer. 

 

Outside of his work life, Avi is very involved in the community as President of Ohr Yerushalayim Synagogue and also as a volunteer driver for Ezra Care Community Patient Transport Service. In the (little) spare time he has left Avi enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and country walking.
