Keeping your property maintenance up to date is a great way to ensure happy, long term tenants.
When opting for the management package with Amco Management, our dedicated team will ensure that all your property maintenance needs are carried out within reasonable time and to the highest quality standards.
Our landlords usually set a limit of £150 for repairs which can be dealt with without the need to seek your prior approval. Meaning we can action those smaller repairs faster and for anything above this limit we will seek your authorisation. The rest can be safely left to us.
We work with a team of reputable contractors who share our ethos for great service and high standards, to ensure all works carried out at your property including building, plumbing and electrical, achieve the standard of excellence and legal compliance you would expect throughout your property.
Once we receive your property we will inspect the condition and create an inventory of repair together with photographs. We will then discuss with you if we feel the property could do with repairs in order for easier and faster lettings. A rental price will be set and the property will be ready to advertise.
Mid tenancy inspections are available on request to give you peace of mind that the tenant is looking after your property whilst they are living there. This will include ensuring that property is well presented, both internally and externally including gardens, outbuildings, gutters and downpipes.
Inspect: Inventory forms for both pre, post and mid tenancy inspections.
Photograph: Detailed photos are taken and stored with every inspection completed.
