All viewings take place with an experienced Property Manager who will be able to answer any queries you may have about the property. 
 
Viewings can be arranged through the office up to 5pm Monday to Thursday and up to 3pm on Fridays. If you wish to view several properties during a single appointment this can be arranged through the office.

• 1. FIND YOUR PROPERTY 
With our easy to use search engine, finding the perfect property for you is quick and easy. 
 
• 2. ARRANGE A VIEWING 
Simply contact us in the office to arrange a viewing, alternatively fill in the contact form and one of our agents will call you back. 
 
• 3. FILL IN AN APPLICATION 
Once you’ve viewed the property, you will need to fill in an application form, which allows us to know who you are to ensure that the property is right for you. As a rule of thumb, your gross earnings will need to be 2.5 x the rent, you will need clean credit and we will require references from your employer and landlord. If you do not meet any of these criteria we may still consider your application but with a guarantor to support it.  
 
If we proceed with your application we will require a holding deposit which is refundable subject to our terms and conditions - (click for full details). You will then be contacted by our referencing partner 'Vouch' to carry out the referencing process. We will also require copies of your identification, in line with current 'right to rent' legislation', to confirm you are legally allowed to reside in the UK.  
 
• 4. SIGN UP AND MOVE IN 
After all the checks are complete all that remains is to meet in our office and sign the lease. We offer either a 6 month or 12 month tenancy. A deposit, usually equivalent to 5 weeks rent, and one months’ rent will be required in full before keys are released.

- We apologies for any inconvenience, but we are unable to offer weekend viewings.
